Gbolade is the backbone behind the vision and mission of the company. His excellent abilities in providing direction and drive, gives the tonic required for the company to excel. He developed his business sense from many years of experience in Banking, Haulage, Equipment leasing, Civil and Building Construction sectors leading to a successful establishment of Mcgivtas Global Resources Limited.
He has attended several management and relationship/people management courses.
Gbolade holds a first degree in accounting from the then Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye. His work experience spans over eighteen years beginning with Emzor Pharmaceutical Ltd. He worked at Zenith Bank as an Operations Staff for four years after which he joined Liberty Bank Plc, then Merchant Bank, to set up Banking Operations of the Bank, he left the bank as Credit and Relationship Manager after 5 years. He works as Head of Finance of Road Network (Logistics & Equipment Leasing) for five years. He was Finance Controller of Greenfield Assets Limited, a construction company for two years. He is an alumni of University of California, Irvin. MBA Business School Netherlands.

Victory sits on the board of Mcgivtas Global Resources Limited. Her wealth of experience spans areas of Corporate Finance Management, Forensic Audit, Corporate Communication and Branding, Product Development and General Marketing.

Victory Olumuyiwa as Group Corporate Finance Manager of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. Her responsibilities include managing the cashflow and liquidity position of the eighteen indigeneous subsidiaries of FMN, advising the management on Merger, acquisition, money and capital market activities amidst other investment roles. She was former Group Head, Investment and Treasury of Resort Savings and Loans Plc (Mortgage Bankers)

Mrs Olumuyiwa is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, having acquired her ACA in 2000. She holds a Higher National diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology. She is an alumni of Wharton Business School; University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA and MBA Business School Netherlands.
